Countdown starts now! Under the theme of Explore a Better Life of Travel, All in CARAVANING 2021 (hereinafter referred to as AIC), daughter show of CARAVAN SALON Düsseldorf will once again take place in Beijing Etrong International Exhibition & Convention Center on June 18-20, 2021. As the largest and most professional caravanning and camping industry exhibition platform in China, AIC shows the joy and fun of self-drive holidays through extensive exhibits and activities. At the same time, it also brings the most advanced technologies and developments in the sector with market insights and the latest trends.
AIC offers an exhibition area of 39,000 square meters, most of which has already been booked. Over 200 brands will showcase a wide variety of new caravans and motor homes, as well as an extensive range of accessories, awnings/tents, outdoor equipment, resorts, and campsites, to meet customers' diverse tastes and budgets. Thanks to the further expansion of exhibition area, three new zones will debut this year, namely the "Outdoor Products Zone" for manufacturers of outdoor gears and products, the "Campgrounds Zone" with information on top campsites across the country, and the "German Pavilion" with a fine selection of made-in-Germany brands. Thanks to the active promotion and organization of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry, the German Pavilion is to be launched at the AIC this year. It will be the first national pavilion of AIC and the most anticipated new exhibition zone.
This year, organizers of AIC have also prepared fascinating concurrent events taking place in various activity areas alongside exhibitor events. There will be professional trade summits and forums as well as interesting caravanning cultural experiences on offer, inviting visitors to explore the fun of caravan travel.
This will be the most important industry summit of the year. In the post-pandemic era, the caravan industry must broaden its horizons, dig deeper into the self-drive holiday market, and promote development of the camping industry in order to attract more resources and capitals. How the caravanning and camping industry breaks through, reshapes, and integrates with other industries has become a popular topic nowadays.
The main purpose of this Seminar is to discuss new opportunities for Chinese RV accessory exports and foreign trade. Given the precarious pandemic situation, it is not easy for overseas buyers to come to AIC, or Chinese accessory manufacturers to go to Europe for exhibition. Therefore, the organizers will launch an online matchmaking platform to actively promote international trade by connecting supply with demand.
At the first Sino-German Dealer Workshop in 2019, AIC had the privilege of inviting Mr. Kai Dhonau, President of the German Caravan Dealer Association, as a guest speaker to share information on his association and the German market with Chinese peers, which was well received. This year, Mr. Kai Dhonau will also join the workshop online to interact with participants. In addition, Mr. Wang, the special AIC overseas broadcaster, will be broadcasting live from Germany.
For RV starters, AIC will continue to offer Starter World, the service-oriented, customer-focused consultation center. Here, newcomers can learn new things about RV and get thorough insights into self-drive holidays. Industry experts will provide practical tips and advice on model choice, travel route planning, and campsite selection. Visitors will also have the opportunity to consult one-on-one on specific questions.
Visitors will have the chance to see exciting travel destinations. Top experts will join special speaking sessions to share their dream country adventures, including fantastic routes, travelling anecdotes, and camping tips.
In addition, visitors can also take a look at some of the pre-show online events, such as “AIC Talent Academy”, "AIC Innovation” and "China Campgrounds of the Year”. Kids Club for children will be once again staged at the AIC.
